Comments
Maida was offered a job out of the state. She still must be assessing the position and dragging her heals on this Mayoral race in the meantime.
Ahem. Coincidence of McMillan not running for Mayor and Alderwoman Harahan deciding against her run may have to do with a nephew of Harahan interning in McMillan’s office. Professional acquaintances or the Oregon Mayor prelude to disaster?
What does Kathleen Hanrahan deciding not to run again have to do with her nephew interning in McMillan's office and him deciding not to run for Mayor? I would assume that the white community's consistent support of Slay no matter what he does and the lack of an ability to raise money against an incumbent (which is evidenced by his opponent's disclosure reports) would be the reasons. I would be interested to know. Her name is actually not spelled Harahan-fyi.
