City employees have a ballot due on Monday.

The City of St. Louis Employees Retirement System, to which that election relates, was not a party to the lawsuit mentioned. They may be owed some money, but they serve the non-uniformed city workers whose pension payouts are not nearly as generous as those to Police and Firefighters.
