This rally leads up a vigil currently being held in DC by Tina Richards, on behalf of her son Cloy, a 2-term Iraq veteran who was about to be mobilized to a 3rd deployment. This mobilization came despite Cloy's physical injuries from prior tours, and his diagnosis of PTSD.
