This sounds too much like a telephone-game relay of the original rumor of Roger Wilson becoming UM Prez.

Unless of course, Kenny and baby Blunt worked this deal out, Kenny wanted to run for governor back in '03 but the state party cleared the primary for baby Blunt. Regardless, Blunt would be an easy target in a Senate seat.
