Patrick needs to hire a good proof reader.

And the web person needs to add the disclosure info, "Paid for by...."

Also, the RSS feed does not seem to be working right. I went to the contact page to email them for the feed link yet my choices are a phone number and a postal address. Oh well...

Eight hours later, and it appears Patrick still can't "image a better time"...

According to the Missouri Ethics Commission, there is no law that says a website must have a disclaimer. And did the same person who drafted Louis Reed's announcement draft this? Nah, this doesn't have as many mistakes. And by having a couple of misspellings (or one), Patrick is helping those people who get their jollies catching spelling mistakes.

Merry Christmas

It would probably be prudent to put a "Paid For By" disclaimer on the website. Most campaign sites do.

Here's why:

(1) The law requires most printed campaign materials to identify the committee or person who paid for them: http://www.moga.state.mo.us/statutes/C100-199/1300000031.HTM

Since web pages are printable, it seems reasonable to include a Paid For By disclaimer.

(2) A disclaimer helps distinguish the official site from a phoney or spoof site, just in case the content does not.
