Considering the after Katrina mess, the Machiavellian bureaucracy masquerading as relief, my advice is that we stock up on good bourbon and cigars, good chocolate for the ladies, because when, not if, the Category 3 or higher hits NYC and Jersey, it will be the end of life as the rest of us know it as well and we should plan to enjoy our last civilized moments in style.
