The weekend before the primary, Gambaro received yet another $19,500 from committees controlled by Mark Miles.
The committees filed limited activity for the period ending June 30. When the next reports are filed I think it's safe to assume we'll see Mr. Sinquefield's name again.
Mark Miles was the owner/operator of the DMV license fee office in Bridgeton when the Governor's Office was in Democratic hands.

Now that's funny.

Posted by Biscuit on Mon., Aug 14, 2006 at 11:22 AMI learned what I know about Confluence Academies from watching a City Cable Channel 10 show on it. I guess Gambaro and his campaign staff do not watch Channel 10.

I thought committees had to switch themselves to election-requirement reporting once they participated in the election. In other words, these committees would need to have filed 48-hour reports for large contributions. Is my read of this correct--does anybody know?

Haha.
Posted by marcopolo on Mon., Aug 14, 2006 at 12:53 PMYou can also see that Jack "I <3 The Hill" Stelzer is the main reason why Derio got the 8th ward endorsement, when the area about Tower Grove Park was clearly Jeff's domain.
Posted by Brian on Mon., Aug 14, 2006 at 1:17 PMWho are "Progressives for change"? I can not find much about them anywhere.
