It probably means that an otherwise low turn-out will be slightly lower.
Besides election day weather, I wonder what the current hot weather, the stresses of coping with it, and the displacement of some seniors over the last couple of weeks mean for absentee voting programs.
Anybody know how requests there have been so far?
