Election cycle always produce "unifier, not divider" rhetoric. Last week Talent started air TV and radio ads casting himself in that light, as a real bi-partisan politician. But before we name that bridge that crosses the aisle Talent Expressway, we should note that it's not exactly true. They're good ads: I've seen them. Dems are right to be nervous about them.

Here's the thing...Talent has a huge pile of cash...there is no way that McCaskil can keep up...and with Dean's 50 state stratigy...money that might have come here because it's close won't.
