Was at the FPSE Development Corporation's board meeting last night, and I've never seen so many development projects on a single neighborhood meeting agenda. The list almost read like that heard by the Preservation Board these days.

By the way, the most fascinating project was a proposed $500k renovation of the "Rawhide" building on the wedge of Manchester, just east of Tower Grove.
