Michael Allen at Ecology of Absence worries about the agenda item O at the next Preservation Board meeting.
Mike's not happy, but what do the local residents say?
What about the neighborhood association?

BJC is going to far with their takeovers when it comes to Hudlin Park and the green space across the street from the park. BJC is trying to bribe Forest Park to let them continue to take over our community. People in high places say BJC is the biggest tax payer in the city and has the most employees and this gives them the edge to do what they want. BJC has become an interloper. They have made enough changes to our community. If BJC wants to expand, tear down some of their older buildings and rebuild what they want. They have torn down enough buildings in the last 10 years. They will never be satisfied until they can't do what they want. Then like everyone else who has limitations.........they'll make do with what they have. Does anyone remember Stix School on Euclid and Michaels School next door? That didn't satisfy them when they made them disappear..........Now they have set their sites on a portion of Forest Park that is a designated Park and playground. We let them put an underground parking garage in the park (for their convenience)in exchange for Hudlin Park. They have to stop!! I hope Forest Park will not accept bribery. Instead of another building, BJC should be finding a solution to all the traffic they bring into the FPSE neighborhood.

No one knows about any development plan for these sites, either.
