No need to get the BOA in the morning. ACC doesn't see a vote until the afternoon. It's being placed last on the agenda so as not to tie up other business. Then will come the Gregali filibuster. Both sides will have to worry about losing votes as the session wears on.
Jim Merkel reported that Shrewsbury said "There's not going to be any more filibustering. I'm not going to permit it."
But can the Aldermanic President thwart the thwarters? Any parliamentarians wish to comment?

Otherwise, the CRB will have no jurisdiction, unless their intent is to meet to at tea parties and kibitz.
