Changing of names, website will change over a couple of months.
This isn't exactly news - it was officially effective back in September 2005. The highway sign on I-64/US 40 has already been changed too.
Posted by Joe Frank on Tue., Jan 10, 2006 at 3:21 PMUm, Joe. I think that's the point. Name changed; signs changed; url changing "over a couple of months" . . .
Was the cybersignpainter on vacation?
Posted by publiceye on Tue., Jan 10, 2006 at 4:31 PMMaybe Harris-Stowe uses the same webmaster as Webster University, which sports the same (terrible) basic web design as it did in 1998!
Posted by Joan on Tue., Jan 10, 2006 at 7:17 PMOk, I see the point. Still, I believe that web page that was referenced dates back to August or so.
Both http://www.hssc.edu and http://www.hssu.edu seem to work. So what's the big deal? Changing over the email server (and individual faculty/staff business cards) probably takes a while, especially when institutions like this aren't exactly flush with funds.
Anyway, I'd agree the HSSU web site is, well, funky-looking.
