No surprise really, as hometown backing.
Still, if Coleman were to win an embattled primary, she would likely face attack ads about her personal financial history as recently written about by Postie Wagman.
Posted by Brian on Fri., Nov 18, 2005 at 3:36 PMWagman is a weasel. He loves sniping at minorities. Just look at his writing style. He tried to make Ald. Boyd look like he set up the paintballing for his own benefit. The Post should try to find someone more objective to wrtie about city politics. He obviously has his own agenda and his writing style proves it.

Posted by matty fred on Fri., Nov 18, 2005 at 7:51 PMThis is important backing for the Coleman campaign. I have my differences with Hizzoner, but he deserves credit for doing the right thing at the right time in this situation.
Posted by St Louis Oracle on Fri., Nov 18, 2005 at 8:18 PMwagman runs a lot of bull$hit that people feed him, as his school board and mayoral coverage demonstrate. who knows what he thinks about coleman or minorities -- it's what the folks who feed him think that counts.
