What about the 92% that happily sold and are looking to move out in the face of Westfield's shady tactics?

These people count too.

One of those 92% is a friend of mine. They have been waiting for this deal to pop for about five years.

They are stuck in limbo. They can't sell their homes. No one wants to move *into* the neighborhood.

The neighborhood is not tidy or well kept up. Many people are deferring maintenance since they mostly all plan to move.

The location is situated at a prime roadway interchange-Lindbergh and I-44.

TIF or no, looking at the location from 30,000 feet, and it appears a no-brainer commercial site, as developers have noted for many years.

Whatever side of the issue you agree with, pity the poor homeowners caught in limbo over the delayed process.
