Time: 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
Place: 2300 Hampton Avenue.
What do you think the reference to "ward changes" means?
Is the Drury Inn project still going forward?
The mayor's office is promoting efforts to develop the MSD/Street Dept site at 44 and Hampton.
There are various residential projects in the Dogtown neighborhood, plus plans to raze an old church in Clifton Heights for some new for sale townhouses.
There's a dancewear manuafacturer moving to St. Louis Marketplace.
QuikTrip is being fast tracked over on McCausland.
So there is lots going in the 24th ward.
Are those the sort of changes he's talking about?
Or is it something else?

He adds that he spoke with those who proposed the wedding chapel, and also with a buyer who wanted to use the structure as a Montessori school. The alderman thought both were inappropriate uses for what he believed to be property zoned for single-family housing."
"Problem is, the church property is actually zoned for commercial use."
"'That's fascinating,' says Bauer. 'I always assumed it was residential.'

Whether this is an example of ignorance or malfeasance, this guy doesn’t deserve to be alderman. Any word on the meeting?
