Rising Soulard Property Values Ahead?
Brian Wahby, chair of the city's Democratic Central Committee, and family have left Soulard and relocated in Compton Heights. They still reside in the 7th ward where Wahby is committeeman.

So if the logic is consistent, property values in the Compton Heights should be anticipated to decline?
