4th ward committeeman race nullified

Circuit Judge Dowd's ruling:

"The irregularities complained of did occur and were of such sufficient magnitude as to cast doubt on the validity of the election... [The] election for the office of Democractic Committeeman of the Fourth Ward of the City of Saint Louis [is] hereby declared null and void."

A new election is scheduled for the November ballot.
