Moving On Up

We have two eyewitnesses claiming to have seen a "For Sale" sign in front of Board President Jim Shrewsbury's house. (No word on the asking price.)

Sources say that the Shrewsburys are staying in the 16th ward.

Jim's place is listed for $319,900. It may be that he and his wife Michael (her middle/nickname) are downsizing, like a condo, which there are plenty in St. Louis Hills, more in areas like the CWE or even now lofts in downtown. Whether they'll stay in the 16th ward remains curious, considering that Jim is a St. Gabe's native but now a city-wide official.

An email from Jim last week reports they have moved to Guilford Place, a short cul-de-sac of 1950s brick ranches off Willmore Road in St. Louis Hills Estates. It's in the 16th ward.
