Ad Formats

Ads will be accepted in the following formats:

  • All ads and photos must be grayscale or black-and-white
  • Quark 5.0 or earlier version; collect screen and printer fonts and pictures.
  • Illustrator 9.0 or earlier version; flatten the image.
  • Photoshop; EPS or TIFF file. Scanned photos: 300 dpi; line art: 800 dpi.
  • PDF's; high resolution (300 dpi). Please note that PDF's cannot be changed without a fee, so review your ad carefully before submitting. Avoid truetype fonts; use postscript fonts only.
  • If you should have any questions about creating your ad or submitting your ad for print, please feel free to email sarah@archcitychronicle for assistance.

Submitting Ads

Submit ads in the following ways:

  • Email: send to sarah@archcitychronicle.com. Ads must not exceed 5MB. Files should be stuffed.
  • Disks: CD ROM or 250 or lower zip disk. Ask advertising contact for drop-off address.
  • Camera-Ready Art: Ask advertising contact for drop-off address.
